“Reiki Energy Healing is based on the idea that we all have an unseen life force energy flowing through our bodies as we, just like everything else around us, are surrounded by and made up of energy. 

A Reiki practitioner uses their hands on or just above the client’s body to promote healing by moving, directing, and transferring a healthy universal flow of energy.

By participating in our Reiki 1 Training & Certification you will be guided through a hands on learning experience by Reiki Master Teacher, Amanda Marie of Wicked Smaht Wellness. We will explore how Reiki can help manage stress, relieve pain, balance emotions, and aid our personal healing and all around growth.

Throughout this course we will learn about the history of Reiki as well as the applications that we use to practice Reiki through different forms of group and partnered learning as well as a level 1 attunement to empower yourself as a conduit for channeling Usui Holy Fire Reiki Energy.

During this training you will practice Reiki on yourself and your other classmates while learning how to apply this practice to your everyday life.

Registration Includes: Reiki Manual, Light Refreshments, Journal, Resource List, & Recorded Guided Meditation. Participants may receive their certification pending completion of class and expression of an advanced understanding in Usui Holy Fire Reiki Energy Healing.
