This class works all muscle groups in one workout! Using barre-inspired exercises you will strengthen and lengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, and improve your balance. If you do not have weights, use some gallons of water or bottles of wine! This can be done without weights as well. Join Julia from Break A Sweat Fitness for an upbeat class that’ll make your whole body feel great!
